The Backstory
For the past 18+ years, I’ve led product and digital strategy for companies big and small—most recently as Vice President of Product at Dumpsters.com, where I helped scale our eCommerce platform to an eight figures annual revenue stream, built out a nationwide Enterprise Portal, and architected systems used by tens of thousands of customers—all from the ground up. But behind all that scale and success? A deep obsession with clarity, simplicity, and customer-first experiences that convert.
I’ve seen firsthand how the right tools and workflows can help a business grow faster, retain more customers, and reduce the headaches that keep owners working nights and weekends. And I’ve also seen how bad systems—from clunky quotes to missed follow-ups—can quietly drag down an otherwise great business.
So I started Kozak Consulting to bring that same level of strategy and structure to small, service-based businesses here in Powell and across Delaware County.

My Journey
Invested in Ohio
I’ve spent nearly 20 years leading product, UX, and digital strategy—from designing scoreboard graphics for the Cleveland Indians, to teaching digital media at Virginia Marti College of Fashion, Art & Design, to leading Brand Experience at Fathom, an IQVIA business.
Today, I serve as VP of Product at Dumpsters.com, where I’ve built eCommerce platforms, enterprise portals, and tools that drive real operational impact.
Now I’m bringing that experience home—helping small businesses in Powell and Delaware County run smarter, grow faster, and serve their customers better.

Let's Be Real—This is My Side Hustle
Kozak Consulting & Creative is not my full-time gig. By day, I lead product strategy for a nationwide company. By night (and weekend), I work with local small businesses who want to run smarter, modernize their operations, and finally get out from under the admin pile. This means:
I’m selective about who I work with
I only take on projects I know I can deliver real value
And when we do work together, you get my full focus, not a junior account rep
So if you're in Powell or Delaware County and you're serious about cleaning up your ops, dialing in your quoting, or modernizing your website—I'd love to chat.
